EOS Business Park – Danone headquarters

The park consists of a class “A” office building of 3,386 sqm GLA and 90 parking places. It is located next to the Danone factory and logistics complex, in the North-Eastern part of Bucharest, which caters for the Western, Central and Southern European Union markets. The Park is very close to Bucharest’s ring road and the DN 2 national road (E60 and E85) and is served by public transportation. The park is highly energy efficient. The Company acquired the office building in November 2014. The complex is fully let to Danone Romania, the French multinational food company, until 2026.
