The 17,756 sqm complex that consists of logistics and office spaces is situated on a 44,268 sqm land plot in the West Attica Industrial Area (Aspropyrgos). It is located at exit 4 of Attiki Odos (the Athens ring road) and is 10 minute drive from the port of Piraeus (where COSCO, the China Overseas Shipping Corporation, runs the biggest container port in the Mediterranean Sea) and the National Road connecting Athens to the north of the country. The roof of the warehouse buildings houses a photovoltaic park of 1,000KWp.
